Our aim is to help businesses – and especially their human resources – to perform better. The role of HR is a complex one, because it extends across the whole organisation. HR is not just about managing payroll and the time people take off for holidays and illness. It’s also about instilling consistency in the way talent is managed in terms of the company’s attractiveness (i.e. do I want to work there?) and staff development and retention, as well as the remuneration policy within the business. To do that, you need to pinpoint the company’s corporate culture; in other words its mission, vision and values.

Good business support is more of a marathon than a sprint. It requires taking a close look at the basics of the business and, sometimes, this means bringing in a consultant from the outside and/or an independent coach. This person can take a neutral stance in guiding change with the individuals concerned, acting as a facilitator and leading the organisation towards the goals that have been set.

To assist you, we offer the service of an interim HR function, the aim of which is to lead you towards change(s) in your company’s culture by having a presence within the organisation.

Throughout her business career, HR Business Partner, Wivine Gilsoul has built up an arsenal of skills in change managementsocial relationsskills development and performance managementselection and recruitmenttraining and career management, etc.  After 15 years of experience gained in major international industrial groups, Wivine decided to place the whole of her expertise at the disposal of businesses and organisations by creating her own HR coaching and consulting business with Denis Didriche: Uman4U. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and very business-minded, Wivine seeks to direct, design and implement HR projects or skills while presenting solutions that are personalised, operational and results-oriented. Giving great importance to the relational side of the approach she takes, her aim is to provide structure and clear directives, while at the same time establishing a strong, participative partnership with her clients.

Denis Didriche

As a Senior HR Specialist who has worked for more than 20 years in numerous areas of HR, Denis Didriche has gained a great deal of experience in a various of international environments, including compensation and benefitsjob classificationremuneration policy and international mobility. With a legal background specialising in employment and social law, plus his fluency in French, English and Dutch, Denis makes his services available to companies and organisations by providing legal advice, business policy and personalised solutions linked to the organisational changes of models, procedures and business methods. By taking an analytical and conceptual helicopter view of the issue at hand, he presents strategies and solutions aimed at achieving strong results that organisations are able to take on board and implement immediately. As an HR training presenter, for the past 10 years he has also been guiding the managers of non-commercial organisations in developing their recruitment skills, managing teams and implementing change.
